2. What we collect
We only collect what we need to run the website and respond to you:
- Details you give us — for example, the name and mobile number you enter in the AI chat or contact form so a specialist can follow up.
- Basic technical data — strictly necessary information stored locally in your browser (such as your chat session identifier and your cookie choice).
- Optional analytics — anonymous usage statistics, only if you opt in via the cookie banner (see section 4).
3. How we use it & who sees it
We use your details solely to answer your enquiry and follow up about our services. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Messages you submit are delivered to our team inbox so we can reply.
4. Cookies & your choices
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We group them into clear categories:
- Strictly necessary — always on. Required for the site and AI chat to work (e.g. remembering your chat session and your cookie preference). These set no tracking and never leave your browser.
- Analytics — off by default. Helps us understand anonymous usage so we can improve. Runs only after you accept it.
- Marketing — off by default. Reserved for future personalised content; nothing is active today.
You’re in charge. Analytics and marketing storage stay denied until you choose to enable them, and you can change your mind at any time.
5. Third parties
The cookie-consent tool itself is self-hosted and makes no external calls — your choice is stored only in a first-party cookie on your device. If you opt in to analytics, anonymous measurement (Google Analytics, with consent-mode storage) may then run; until you opt in, it stays disabled.
6. Data retention
Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to assist you and to maintain our business records, after which they are deleted. Your cookie preference is remembered for about six months, then we’ll ask again.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data you’ve shared with us. Just email info@mitsolutions.me and we’ll take care of it.
8. Changes to this policy
If we update how we handle data, we’ll revise this page and refresh the “last updated” date above.
