It depends on so many factors, but in a ballpark estimation, it will take around 2-5 weeks for a small website to be ready and live from inception, design, development, testing, review and release. and from 6-12 weeks for a small E-Commerce store.

Depending on the service type of course, sometimes it is fixed budget per project, like for a simple website or e-store, other times it is based on hourly rate, like onsite/online support requests, complex applications development.
